These items are SECONDS, meaning they will have the following visible flaws:

• Staining in the white enamel
• Small scratches in the hat

This is the unfortunate reality of pin making.  Sometimes your manufacturer can drop the ball and leave you with many pins that are not perfect.  However, they can still be offered at a steep discount.  Unfortunately, when this happens manufacturers usually do not give refunds.
